Wineries & Meaderies
No local libations scene would be complete without wineries and meaderies. Weston Wineries and Table Mountain Vineyards serve up the state’s best sipping beverages. Serving wine bottled in Wyoming and showcasing the state’s Western heritage, Weston Wineries is becoming a local hotspot in downtown Sheridan. Table Mountain Winery, located a short drive outside of Torrington, serves 100 percent Wyoming wines, with grapes from vineyards grown on their family farm. Sitting in the far northeast corner is the state’s only meadery, Big Lost. Housed in the old general store in downtown Gillette, Big Lost Meadery serves up the oldest-known alcoholic libation — mead — along with their made-on-site local craft beer.
