Jackson Hole Winery

Jackson | Salt to Stone

Jackson Hole Winery sits next to Spring Creek in Jackson, with beautiful views of the Grand Tetons. We invite you to schedule a tasting appointment and enjoy our award-winning wines during your vacation in Jackson Hole.

Our winemaker, Anthony Schroth, does not believe in rushing Mother Nature. He remains patient and methodical in his craft in order to find the perfect balance. This involves care in every step of the way, from deciding when to harvest, to finding the right pH levels, to maintaining the right acidity, and most importantly seeking good fruit flavor. This attention to detail is what is a priority for us at Jackson Hole Winery.

Anthony manages a number of vineyards in Sonoma and Napa that are the source of our grapes. In addition, we also source some of our grapes from the Oregan and Washington wine regions. Upon harvest, the grapes are immediately transported to Jackson Hole where we destem and then ferment, barrel age and the bottle our wine.

Our wines are produced and cellared at 6,229 feet above sea level. The cool mountain air preserves the wine’s aromatics through a slow fermentation and aging process, allowing the wine to develop its distinctive personality.

We currently produce a dry Reisling “The Summit,” Rose “Alpine Glow,” Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Franc/Syrah “Rendezvous Red,” Zinfandel “Catch & Release,” and Cabernet Sauvignon “The Outlaw.”

We only source fruit of the highest quality, and we have truly made this our labor of love. Our wines have consistently won top awards at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the San Diego International Wine Competition and the Sonoma Harvest Festival.

Our tasting room is open daily, however tasting are by appointment. You may book your tasting online on our website, or call 307.201.1057. Tastings are $15 per person.
