The things that makes the flavors of Wyoming stand out; the open air, the beautiful scenery and just the sense of being outside and alone away from the crowds. We think we provide that opportunity to folks from around the world to really step back in time and enjoy and kind of immerse themselves in that atmosphere. We cook with wood so we have the smoke and the flavors and aromas that are just happening around us, and we use big open pots that emit a lot of that smell and seal those flavors and hold them.
