Spruced Plume
Spruced Plume is a true reflection of Wyoming’s rugged beauty and resourcefulness, founded by Haley Fitzgerald, who moved to the state in 2015 after growing up in rural Virginia. A passionate hunter, conservationist and animal lover, Haley sought a way to honor her hunting experiences by using every part of the animals she harvested. In 2017, she created her first piece of wearable art— a plume crafted from feathers and hides sourced from her adventures. Since then, Spruced Plume has evolved into a unique collection of handcrafted jewelry and accessories, each piece a one-of-a-kind creation.
The feathers and leather used in these items are carefully sourced from Haley’s own hunting trips, local farms and close friends, making each product deeply connected to Wyoming’s natural landscape and wildlife. Due to the sustainable nature of the materials, no two pieces are ever the same, making every piece of Spruced Plume jewelry a personal and distinctive statement. With a deep respect for nature and a commitment to craftsmanship, Haley invites customers to experience the beauty of Wyoming-made, handcrafted art—each piece reflecting the spirit of the land and the hands that made it.

Meeteetse Chocolatier
If you don’t think artisan chocolates and cowboys go hand in hand, then we’ve got news for you: They do. Tim Kellogg originally made truffles to sell at the Cody Stampede to raise money for a new bronc saddle, and to put it simply, the rest is history. The Meeteetse Chocolatier uses only the best ingredients, and each item is made fresh by Tim every day in his shop in Meeteetsee. These chocolates aren’t meant to be frozen or stored, so we recommend planning accordingly if you order online.
The Bent & Rusty
This Laramie store was founded by Billie Eckhardt, who had a passion for creating furnishings from reclaimed materials. She started a booth at a local flea market with two other women, one specializing in jewelry and one specializing in quilts. The three went on to open a store that continues to sell those types of products plus antiques, glassware, soap and more. While a majority of their products can only be found in-store, you can shop a small selection of what they sell online.
