Hunting trips are based either out of the lodge or out of the camps Wood River Ranch has located in the Shoshone National Forest. Fishing adventures give guests a shot at catching a Yellowstone Cutthroat, or a Cutthroat Slam using a catch and release technique. The Wood River Ranch has a fenced off section of the river, ensuring that the surrounding riparian area is lush and buzzing, to best support the underwater fish life.
