Located on 12 acres, adjacent to BLM, so lots of room to roam. The main house has two guest rooms upstairs (Offutt and Wapiti rooms), a full bath upstairs, powder room downstairs, dining room, solarium, and poolroom with 60” TV, sitting areas, and fireplace.
