Turpin Meadow Ranch

Moran | Grand Teton National Park

Welcome to the Turpin Meadow Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

At the gateway to both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, the historic Turpin Meadow Ranch sits at the very end of the Buffalo Valley Road, the edge of the most remote area in the lower 48. With the Buffalo Fork lapping at your cabin door, and unhindered views of the Teton range down the valley, Turpin Meadow Ranch is one of those unforgettable places.

In the summer, spend your days on horseback far above the valley, wade in some of the best fly fishing waters in the West, or simply relax. Reconnect with your family, as only a stay in the mountains can do. Turpin Meadow Ranch never ceases to inspire a sense of adventure and an appreciation for wild places in all of our guests, for both the young and the young at heart.

In the winter, ride from your historic restored cabin on the Continental Divide Trail's 600 miles of groomed trails into the heart of the Bridger Teton Wilderness. At the end of your ride, pull right up to the ranch and enjoy our new bar, unique dining and roaring fire. No trailering, no driving. We offer guided tours, with all outerwear included. Enjoy winter's bounty at The Turpin Meadow Ranch. For those, wanting to have a mellower winter excursion, the Turpin Meadow Ranch offers miles of carefully planned Nordic Ski trails. Our Nordic ski trail system will offer everybody the opportunity for fantastic skiing.

There are 14 cabins at the ranch of various shapes and sizes, offering different sleeping options to accommodate most family sizes. We can sleep up to 40-50 guests at a time.

The 8 historic cabins are like new inside, with beautiful bathrooms, gas-lit fireplaces, down comforters, premium linens, oversized towels and all-natural, locally made bath products. With views facing the river, you might not want to get out of bed in the morning. The 6 newer units enjoy all the same amenities as the log cabins, with porches overlooking the ranch.
