The Log Cabin Motel
Pinedale | Salt to Stone
The Historic Log Cabin Motel is located in downtown Pinedale, Wyoming, at the foot of the majestic Wind River Mountain Range, and is a unique and comfortable place to stay on your way to or from Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Come backpack into the Cirque of the Towers, hike to Island and Fremont Lakes, climb Gannett Peak or Fremont Peak Mountains, resupply from your CDT adventures, fish the Green River and Green River Lakes, or soak at Granite Hot Springs after visiting the famous Museum of the Mountain Man in downtown Pinedale.
The 14 cabins were built in 1929, are listed under the National Historic Registry, and are among 11 most prominent historic places in Wyoming. We offer a piece of history with comfortable modern amenities. All of the cabins have one or two rooms, kitchens, a private porch and are beautifully decorated, making each one unique.
