The Bighorn Mountains are approximately 15 miles from Sheridan, Wyoming. 1.1 million acres of National Forest right outside our back door. It isn’t uncommon to go out for a whole day and not see another sledder. Snowmobiling is the dominant sport in the area meaning very friendly service. Sheridan is home to approximately 17,000 residents, a historic downtown district, famous bars, and excellent dining. The riding area ranges anywhere from a short 15 minute drive up to an hour away. The city itself sits at 3,700ft in elevation. There are four mountain lodges in the Northern Bighorns where you can ride right from your room.
