Paramount Café: Located at 1607 Capitol Ave. in the Historic Paramount Building, downtown Cheyenne WY, the Paramount Café brings together a comfortable old west atmosphere and great coffee. If you’re not a coffee drinker, that’s okay, we offer a wide variety of Hot Chocolates and Tea (if you want something warm), or enjoy one of our real fruit Smoothies, a Frappe, or the ever popular Bubble Tea. You may also enjoy a muffin, danish, sticky bun, or cinnamon roll from our menu.
