Kedesh Guest Ranch
Shell | Black to Yellow
Main lodge has central dining and small store. Activities include western line dancing, hayrides, arrowhead hunting, cookouts and wildlife viewing.
The Ranch is nestled at the entrance to Shell Canyon on the "Western Slope" of the Big Horn Mountains, just 75 miles west of Sheridan, Wyoming and 20 miles east of Greybull, Wyoming. Shell Canyon is known worldwide for its breathtaking beauty along with the great Shell Canyon Waterfall. The Kedesh Ranch sets alongside a clear-running stream at an elevation of 4300' with the surrounding mountain area rising to 13,000', a spectacular backdrop for the Ranch.
There's trout fishing for the beginner and for the experienced angler. Shell Creek runs through the Ranch for 1 1/2 miles and is well-known for its Rainbow and Brown Trout along with the Rocky Mountain Whitefish. If you're a serious fisherman or woman, it is recommended that you bring along your own gear.
The main Lodge is the center of the ranch from which your entire family will enjoy numerous activities to insure the 'vacation of a lifetime". The main Lodge houses the dining room, recreation room and glassed in porch area that overlooks beautiful Shell Creek. Meals are not taken for granted-they are the main event. Meals are a source of pride to us. The fresh air mixed with healthy activities produce some mighty big appetites. You will never be hungry here at the ranch.
Wonderful for family reunions, retreats, small business groups, team building and weddings.
