Our optimal location between Cody and the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park makes it the ideal base to explore the cultural, historic, and scenic pursuits of the area. Enjoy the true western experience, surrounded by mountains and wildlife, with the convenience of town only a short drive away. Cody, 18 miles to the east, offers shopping, a world famous rodeo, the 5 museums of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center and more. The road west of the lodge to the East Entrance is 30 of the most scenic miles in the US including rock formations, the beautiful Shoshone River, abundant wildlife and numerous hiking, biking, exploring, hunting and fishing opportunities. Built in the 1920s and restored in 2012 and again in 2017, the Lodge features 6 guest suites, all with private baths and kitchenettes.
