Named for a hiding spot used by Butch Cassidy & his gang Hideout Canyon is located at 6040' in a Pinyon pine & juniper forest on the shore of Flaming Gorge Reservoir. This is a boat-in only campground and can be accessed by trails using the Hideout/Carter Creek trailhead on Hwy 191.
