Gryphon House

Cheyenne | Park to Park

About this space:
Beautiful historic Dutch Colonial home listed on the national registry. Built in 1910 by renowned New York architect George Rainsford. Located in the Historic Rainsford district, next to Holiday Park, and close proximity to downtown.
The space:
Entire home available for your use. Fully fenced backyard with two gates for access. Covered front porch with cushioned furniture. Backyard has a grill and chairs for sitting. The home has three bedrooms upstairs with window air-conditioning units. The main bathroom With a clawfoot tub is on the upstairs level and an additional bathroom with a shower is in the basement. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with eat in table. There is a formal dining room, a foyer with sitting space and a formal living room.
Guest access:
The entire house is the feature of your rental experience.
Other things to note:
Because we love the history of the house and the architecture we’ve chosen not to remodel certain parts of the house. Therefore there is no main floor bathroom as houses built in 1910 typically did not have this feature. There are stairs to
access the second floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located, and stairs to the basement where the second bathroom and laundry room are located.
