Visit Casper Marathon

Come join us and “Run with the Herd” on June 2, 2024.

The “Visit Casper Marathon” hosts a variety of Marathon Race distances every year on the first Sunday in June and is now entering its 21st year. All race events held in the Oil City of Casper Wyoming are professionally timed with RFD Chipped Race Bibs whether you are running the 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon Relay or Full Marathon Race event.

The upcoming Wyoming Marathon event is a Non-Profit organizational, an RRCA Member, and also a USATF Boston Qualifying event for all those who wish to pursue their personal and professional running goals. The Casper Marathon seeks to create a unique and memorable race experience for all its participants whether they are first time runners or elite athletes. We strive for a safe, enjoyable, and yet a challenging event that pushes racers to achieve their best within our supportive running atmosphere and the Casper Wyoming Community.

4:30 a.m. Information and Help Center inside the Wyoming Ford Center opens.

4:30 a.m. Shuttle bus runs to the start line from Best Western, our host hotel. The shuttle bus makes continuous loops that take 15 minutes round trip. Last Shuttle bus leaves the Host hotel by 5:40 a.m.

5:45 a.m. Course Instruction and Announcements at Start line (NO EARLY STARTS)

5:50 a.m. Wheelchair Start (if applicable)

6:00 a.m. Marathon, Half Marathon & Marathon Relay Start, Wyoming Ford Center

6:00 a.m. 10K Start, Host Hotel – Best Western

8:30 a.m. 10K Awards Ceremony – David Street Station

9:00 a.m. Half Marathon Awards Ceremony – David Street Station

11:00 a.m. Marathon, Marathon Relay Awards Ceremony- David Street Station

12:15 p.m. ALL Aid Stations Close — 12:30 p.m. Finish Lines Close
