Sheridan | Black to Yellow

FOR THE LOVE OF THE WEST
Founded in 1931, the Sheridan WYO Rodeo is one of the top rodeo events in the U.S. Some folks call it Sheridan’s homecoming – when locals and visitors from across the globe gather year after year to celebrate the west and experience some of the best rodeo action in the world.

Western style family fun runs throughout rodeo week, including the Boot Kick-off, downtown pancake breakfast, Sneakers & Spurs 5K, Main Street Parade, carnival and much, much more.

This year’s Sheridan WYO Rodeo week runs July 9-14, with four nights of high-octane, PRCA rodeo action and World Championship Indian Relay Races from July 10-13. WYO Rodeo week features the annual Boot Kick Off at Whitney Commons on July 9, Carnival at the Fairgrounds each night of the rodeo, plus Main Street Bed Races, Sneakers & Spurs 5K, Saddle Up for the WYO Rodeo Main Street Parade, Native American Pow Wow, Duck Races and Boy Scouts Pancake Breakfast on Friday of Rodeo Week. Cowboy Polo rounds out Rodeo Week at the Equestrian Center on Sunday. Learn more at SheridanWyoRodeo.com
