As a member, you have the unique opportunity to meet Hacer, the artist behind the sculptures of our new exhibition, “Prismatic Menagerie: Origami-Inspired Sculptures by Hacer”. Hacer creates sculptures from steel, which he appears to seamlessly fold into various abstractions and animal forms. Hacer’s vibrantly colored, whimsical origami-inspired animal sculptures underlie deeper, more complex issues and relate to people of all ages. After the meet and greet, be sure to stick around for the exhibition’s community opening event, Welcome to the Menagerie!
