Flavors of the West Itinerary
In Wyoming, an assortment of culinary experiences await. From small-town signature dishes to one of a kind truffles, something exists for every traveler's taste buds. Here we highlight a couple of our favorite stops starting in northeast Wyoming then moving across and down the state.
1. Sundance - Higbee's Cafe
Indulge in one of the signature dishes at Higbee’s Cafe: a ginormous biscuit swimming in mouthwatering sausage gravy. Known for its small town feel and excellent service, you will not regret stopping in at this Sundance delight.
2. Gillette - Big Lost Meadery
Home to Wyoming’s only meadery, Gillette brings thirsty visitors in from near and far. At Big Lost Meadery, you can drink like a Game of Throne's character (we think) with fermented honey wine straight out of a horn.
3. Sheridan - Weston Wineries
Weston Wineries has a unique assortment of adult beverages. One is inspired by local legend, rodeo star and country musician Chris LeDoux. Get your fix in Sheridan.

4. Ten Sleep - Ten Sleep Brewing Company
Family owned and operated, Ten Sleep Brewing Company has quite the origin story. Pop in and Ten Sleep locals will be happy to share it with you.The brewery is a perfect place to relax with a cold beer after ascending one of the hundreds of sportclimbing routes in Ten Sleep Canyon.
5. Meeteetse - Meeteetse Chocolatier
Blink and you might miss the quaint town of Meeteetse. Be careful, though. You will not want to miss this stop! Choose from truffle flavors like prickly pear, Wyoming Whiskey and huckleberry at Meeteetse Chocolatier.
6. Yellowstone National Park - Lake Yellowstone Hotel Dining Room
For a five-star experience, make a reservation at the Lake Hotel Dining Room on the shores of Yellowstone Lake in Yellowstone National Park. You will get to dig into dishes like Wyoming Legacy New York Strip Steak.
