Pitchfork Fondue is the premier venue to experience an authentic western outdoor cookout with views of the Wind River Mountains as a backdrop. We hand trim the meat, thread it on a pitchfork, and then cook it to perfection in large cauldron of hot oil heated by a wood fire. With our delicious sauces for your steak or chicken, freshly homemade potato chips, buffalo brats, baked potatoes, deep-fried onions, fresh green and fruit salads, plus a homemade brownie or lemon bar, this is a meal that you will always remember. We also offer colorful vegetarian shish-kebobs and kids' hotdog options. Adult beverages are BYOB.

Matt's family came to the area to homestead at the turn of the last century, resulting in a love for Wyoming and an appreciation of its natural beauty. Add to that our thirty years in the outdoor guest and recreation business and you have a winning formula for success.
Pitchfork Fondue also provides year-round catering and event planning. We will customize the food for your special occasion with our cauldrons, open spit, grills or smoker. Events can feature live music, paint parties, community gatherings, and wedding parties.
