Speakers Series – Wyomings Wings at War

Cheyenne, Wyoming, was an active military city during the Second World War. Cheyenne Regional Airport, a central transcontinental air hub, was the home to an Army Air Force B-17 modification center. It was the largest center in the Rocky Mountain region that modified B-17s before overseas service.
