Hyattville is a small ranching center located on the western edge of the Big Horn Mountains.  The little community sits near the Medicine Lodge State Historical Site which is notable for petroglyphs, pictographs and Native American artifacts.  There are abundant recreational opportunities nearby including; camping, fishing, biking, and hiking with access to the Cloud Peak Wilderness Area of the Bighorn National Forest.
